Alex Grigg – Director
Alex has over 16 years working in insurance, personal injury, and disability employment services. Alex is an accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor with qualifications in Psychology. He also holds an MBA from the University of South Australia. When work is done, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying to keep fit, fishing at his family holiday shack, and good food and wine.

Dave Morris – Director
Dave has over 15 years working in personal injury and insurance services. Dave has been involved in the management of a variety of physical, cognitive, and psychological injuries and conditions throughout his career. David is an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist. When work is done Dave enjoys going to the gym, surfing, and spending time with his family and friends.

Antoinette O’Hara – Occupational Therapist and National Service Manager
Antoinette is an Occupational Therapist and has mostly worked with an adult caseload, specialising in finding the right environment and support systems for people with a disability so they can live the life they choose! Antoinette enjoys working with like-minded people so they can have an impactful role in participants’ lives! When work is done, Antoinette enjoys spending time with those who are important to her, including her family, friends, and dog. A good day for Antoinette includes cooking a nice meal, having a good laugh, and some quiet time reading a book!
New South Wales

Chantel Huggins – NSW State Manager and Senior Occupational Therapist
Chantel has worked as an Occupational Therapist for over 10 years. She specialises in providing occupational therapy support to adults, including finding the right support system and environments for participants. Chantel feels privileged every day to support people living with a disability and empowering them to live with greater participation, inclusion, and enjoyment- because that is a basic right of every individual. Chantel is an adventure and nature type of person- after work she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, going on hikes, or doing some DIY.

Ally Falzon – Sydney Team Leader and Senior Occupational Therapist
Ally is an Occupational Therapist who has a passion for supporting people with disability to be the best version of themselves. Ally has years of experience working within a hospital and community disability setting. She enjoys supporting people with big life goals and transitions; whether it is gaining employment, moving into a new home, or continuing to engage in meaningful life roles as their care needs change. She also has a keen interest in supporting people living with neurological conditions with their home and assistive technology needs. On the weekend, you’ll find Ally at the local park playing frisbee with her dogs.

Brooke Grossi – NSW Occupational Therapy Lead
Brooke is an Occupational Therapist who supports people in the NDIS space to live a good life. Brooke’s passion lies in the Assistive Technology space where she supports people living with a range of disabilities. Brooke loves exploring how equipment can make a significant impact on people’s independence and function and is passionate about finding the right fit for individuals and their supports to make this impact. Outside of work, Brooke loves spending time at the gym, with her family and friends and having a laugh!

Jade Mitchell – Senior Occupational Therapist
Jade has worked as an Occupational Therapist supporting people within the NDIS for over 5 years. She has experience supporting participants of all ages including children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Jade takes pride in supporting individuals and their families to live a life that is important to them. After work hours Jade enjoys spending time with her friends and family or heading to the beach.

Samantha Coutts – Senior Occupational Therapist
Samantha is an Occupational Therapist who has mostly worked in the public health system. Samantha has experience in brain injury rehabilitation, acute orthopaedics and trauma, general medicine and community health. Samantha has a passion for assisting people to achieve their goals, she enjoys developing rapport with participants, building on their life skills, increasing their independence and growing their confidence in daily tasks. Samantha has had experience with home modifications and assistive technology and is keen to be exposed to more complex situations, to cultivate her skills. On the weekend, you’ll find Samantha walking her dogs, playing with her dogs or talking about her dogs with her friends and family.

Tim Sharpe – Senior Occupational Therapist
Tim is an Occupational Therapist who supports people in the NDIS to live a meaningful life. Tim is passionate about making a difference and has experience completing Functional Assessments, ADL retraining and prescribing Assistive Technology and Home Modifications. Tim’s specific area of interest lies in the Assistive Technology space where he supports a range of individuals across the lifespan to live their best life and reach their goals through prescribing equipment. Outside of work, Tim loves going to the beach, watching sports, practicing martial arts and spending time with family and friends.

Pahla Arief – Occupational Therapist
Pahla is an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities and their support network to achieve the best desired outcome. Although Pahla is still early in his career, he has experience supporting participants of all ages and values the diverse backgrounds which we all come from. Outside of work, Pahla is an avid Arsenal fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends over a meal.

Huntar Hilzinger – Occupational Therapist
Huntar is an Occupational Therapist with a passion for supporting individuals to achieve goals that are meaningful to them. Huntar has experience working with children, adolescents and youth with disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Huntar’s passion lies in supporting people and their families to overcome challenges in ways that meet their needs. Outside of work, you can find Huntar on an adventure camping, reading and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Western Australia

Laura Wilkinson – WA/SA State Manager
Laura is an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting participants to optimise their quality of life. Laura’s passion and experience lies both in mental health and supporting participants in aged care. She has experience completing Housing and Supports assessments, and transitioning participants into living in the community. Laura loves how much variability she has in her job, because supporting participant’s individual goals looks different every day, and she is grateful that this is what she gets to call work! Outside of work, Laura enjoys baking, exercising, and spending time with her friends and family.

Rowena Low – Occupational Therapist
Rowena is a passionate Occupational Therapist who is driven to support individuals achieve outcomes using a client centred approach. She has experience supporting participants of all ages and takes care to work collaboratively with all key stakeholders to ensure participants are living a life of their choice. Rowena is trilingual and is able to provide services in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Having recently relocated to Perth from Adelaide, Rowena spends her time away from work, exploring her new home.

Maeve Coleman – Speech Pathologist
Maeve is a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about supporting her participants to increase their confidence and independence. Maeve has a particular interest in Mealtime Management, neurogenic communication disorders and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). Outside of work, Maeve enjoys going to the beach, exercising, and spending time with her friends and family.

Julia Diamond – Occupational Therapist
Julia is an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with a broad range of participants to reach their goals. She enjoys working collaboratively with participants and their stakeholders using a client-centred approach to achieve the best possible outcomes. Julia enjoys building the independence and capacity of others to enable them to engage in tasks that are meaningful to them. Outside of work, Julia enjoys camping, road-tripping, baking for friends and family and reading.

Mia Gowland – Occupational Therapist
Mia is an enthusiastic occupational therapist who is well-experienced in the NDIS space. Her passion lies in working alongside infants, adolescents and early adulthood. Mia is driven to provide high-quality service to both participants and stakeholders to ensure impactful development both out in the community and at home. After work hours, Mia enjoys catching up with friends and family or taking her dachshund to the park.
Queensland

Rachel Ownsworth – QLD State Manager and Senior Occupational Therapist
Rachel is a Senior Occupational Therapist with extensive experience delivering Functional Assessment, Home Modification and Assistive Technology (AT) services. She is passionate about providing client-centred care and her sharing knowledge with her work mates and others around her – mentoring and coaching her team to deliver high quality services to Participants. She has a special interest in working with individuals with neurological and degenerative disorders. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family including her two dogs, playing (and watching) sports, and going to the beach.

Kate Kinross – Occupational Therapist
Kate is an Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with Participants to support them to increase their independence and enjoyment in their daily life. She has experience delivering Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology prescription and minor home modifications. She also has experience working with participants of all ages to build capacity and independence with their goals. Kate has recently completed a training course for analysis and retraining of Upper Limb Function Post Stroke and is passionate about supporting Participants with neurological and physical disabilities to engage with occupations that are meaningful and to ensure they are receiving appropriate care support through collaboration. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, Pilates and going out for brunch.

Kyah Murphy – Occupational Therapist
Kyah is an Occupational Therapist passionate about providing client-centred therapy to support each participant in achieving their personal goals. Kyah is excited to be able to work with a broad range of individuals each day, and to do what she can to support them in making positive and productive steps in their lives. Kyah has a particular interest in working with paediatric participants through play therapy and family collaboration. Outside of work, Kyah enjoys going to the gym, playing sport, playing music at local venues, camping, and catching up with family and friends.

Phoebe Lynn – Business Administration Assistant
Phoebe is our new easy-going and warm admin assistant based in sunny QLD. Phoebe obtained a Bachelor’s in the creative industries sector and has combined that knowledge with her passion for working with children. Phoebe loves being in a support role both in her personal life and in the workplace, which is why she has joined our team. Phoebe aims to make processes as smooth as possible, with the overall goal of making everyone’s lives just that little bit easier. Outside of work, you would typically see Phoebe hiking, spending time with friends or drawing and painting. When processing your next referral, keep an eye out for Phoebe and be sure to say hello.
